Interview
Quick initial screening interview with recruiter, followed by second 1hr interview with audio director and various team members. This interview was fair, thoughtful and provided useful insight on both sides. Interviewers all had relevant questions related to details on my resume, indicating they had done their research. Overall, a positive interview process- My only criticism is that salary expectations set in the job posting and early conversations did not align with the final offer. Greater transparency up front would be beneficial in managing expectations and provide a smoother process for both sides.
HR 1st round.
2nd round is with the audio team leads. Asks questions about experience in game audio and some technical questions. It was a very friendly interview and the team makes a great effort in trying to know you and introduce to you what the job will be like.
