      Manager Interview

      11 Sept 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Electronic Arts in Mar 2025

      Interview

Tedious and long interview process. Expect to receive a rejection email after going through all the interviews (at least 4 rounds). They seriously need to review their interview process and filter out the candidates early.

      Manager Interview

      13 Oct 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Electronic Arts in Aug 2022

      Interview

Biased process. One panel asked questions that made it obvious they already had someone else in mind and were just looking for a reason to screen out. Asked about technical engineering questions when the position had nothing to do with engineering and when they knew I had no such background. Then the one guy who was late and kept turning his camera on and off and disappearing off screen who was from a different office said they were looking for someone with a specific engineering background (this role was in corporate HR). To another example they responded with criticism even though the previous two panels thought it was a great example to the same question. Asked how I found out about the job which implied they had internal referrals. They asked about field experience when the job was fully remote in corporate HR. None of the panel members had any technical knowledge or practical background experience about the HR OHS role or regulatory enforcement even though they claimed to have worked on health and safety projects. In reality their OHS program was non existent and that's why they were hiring. The hiring manager was also new and so was the new unit. Complete waste of time with 4-5 interview rounds where earlier panels lead you on making you think you're the one they want with the perfect background, while another clearly already had someone else in mind and was just looking for a reason to write you off by asking very specific biased leading questions. Then they had the nerve to ask at the end "what does inclusion mean to you". They are just as bad as their games, stay away. Higher Management cannot be trusted in what they say. They will say one thing to you and do the opposite. They also seemed obsessed with a certain game which I thought was just terrible and flat out told them I never tried it. I would have turned them down anyway since had other offers and their process took too long.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

What does inclusion mean to you? Repeated questions about working with stakeholders on projects and influencing people. Different variations of stakeholder questions. Question about willingness to travel and if I did field work (seriously even though it was a fully remote corporate role). How did you find out about the position? (obviously they had internal referrals).
