It was structured and organzied. Met with the various leaders of the IT support teams to check for team chemistry, leadership style and how teams would work interactively with each other. Very professional and thought out in advance. Interviewed six different back continuously (loop interview style). Advice to others...be prepared and don't try and BS...they'll see right through it
