I saw the position advertised on LinkedIn. I sent my resume to the internal recruitment manager who called me to schedule a phone interview. I found out that we had connections in common and I was able to relate well with him. My experience was considered sufficient to meet the regional manager and a time was scheduled. It was quite rushed, but I managed to convey my interest in the role and the value of my background. I made a good impression and I was asked to talk to the person above the regional manager. This was done over Skype and I enjoyed the interview. Overall my impression of the company is excellent and it is one I would like to join very much. They advised that they are not ready at this stage to hire me, but I would like to be able to work if I get the chance to do so.
