I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Expedia Group (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2021
Interview
Contact from an internal recruiter after successful application. Three interviews: one with the team manager, one with a senior team member, and one with the team director. Offer coming from the recruiter.

Question 1
Mostly behavioralist questions about how I face issues and how I would make decisions and prioritization in the role, asking details from experiences in previous roles. Many cases/questions were based on potential needs in the travel business. Some questions were based on general industry knowledge, some on specific aspect of the role and the technology involved.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Expedia Group in May 2022
Interview
Recruiter contacted me, I reminded her we had spoken a few years before and at that time, they were unable to meet my salary requirements. She said they could this time. Then I heard nothing for over a mile nth. Then she reached out again and wanted to set up an interview with the hiring manager. I did that. Then the recruiter went MIA but a different recruiter reached out to set up two more interviews, with two other team members with whom the person hired would be working. This took a lot of time and detail. The people I met with were generally professional and nice. However, the recruiters ghosted me completely. I was never even rejected - there was simply radio silence after all the time I took to go through the process. Fortunately, I already have a job I like but seriously, this was a collosal waste of time and evidence that this company is disorganized and disrespectful of job candidates and probably employees. I would never consider working here.

Question 1
Describe your work experience... Tell us about yourself... What was a difficult situation and how did you handle it?
Easy interviews, one with recruiter and one with a member of content team. Pretty casual. Asked relevant questions (how do you think content is produced? How do you keep organized?) Overall, a very pleasant experience.
