Interview
It was not much of an interview, the manager already seemed to know about me from my resume that he had already seen and told me that he liked it. We just casually talked about our families for a bit and about how long I would be there since I am a student. He also went over what is expected of the position. It was pretty chill.
there's a face-to-face interview with the general manager then they do a background check. Corporate does the background check to make sure you don't have a criminal record for stealing.
Other than the twenty-minute wait in the lobby, it was a fairly quick interview. The manager cuts to the chase but remains respectful of boundaries and such. I was told I was hired the day after.
