Got a call from Fis recruiter thru Linkedin. Than a phone interview for 30 mins with hiring manager than an onsite Face to face interview with same hiring manager. Got the offer same day. but all the paperwork n process took one month to join the company

1) Telephone Interview - with the team manager
2) Face to Face Interview - with the team manager and co-worker
3) Mini-Case Study test - give you a case study of what you will do if this customer chase the customer representative, how will you write back to them in email and what notes will you add to the internal Service Desk log
