There is an sales assessment day where you are given some activities just to see how you mix with other people. It is very easy so you must not be great if you do not pass it. They will more of less hire anyone! After the sales assessment they will give everyone an interview where they are if you are motivated, how you deal with rejection, how would you get to work, is there anything that might affect your work, why do you want the job, where can you see yourself in a few years time.
