The interview process was good. It was both technical and functional together. After 3 days, I got an call from HR that I have been selected and they now triggered the process for Job Offer letter. My expected salary and date of joining was confirmed. I had to serve 4 weeks notice and as instructed by HR I was going to resign. As normal process, I discussed that with my current manager but luckily I never confirmed anything in writing. Off-course, I waited for my offer letter. I waited for 1 week and HR called few times to confirm that they are awaiting last minute approvals and I will get my offer letter soon. Then the worst thing happened, I got a call on next Monday morning from HR and he told me that I won't get that offer letter. The position I was getting recruited for got scraped. They froze the hiring for that positions. IT SUCKS!! Isn't it. That's it. After that I never got a call or message from them. I think this is the one of the worst thing happened to me.
