Nothing intense. It was more of a conversation, which I liked.

Interview
I applied on their online job portal and received a reply about 2.5 weeks later. Interview process consisted of:
1. Short interview with HR representative describing the salary and benefits and why I'm good
2. 2 days later, descriptive phone interview about the job with 2 managers that I would work with
3. 2 days later, in-person interview with direct manager. It was between me and another person.
Background check took 1 week, and I started 2 weeks after I received the offer on part 3 of the interview process.
Only thing that was off was the HR representative was pretty curt and not personable but I really liked the actual people I would work with.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at FIS (Saint Petersburg, FL) in Nov 2015
Interview
Arrived 10 minutes early, and was pleasantly greeted by the receptionist. Soon after, the recruiter came out to meet me which I found to be very nice. She then introduced me to the interviewer/Department Manager. The interview was great! She started off asking me about myself, which broke the ice. Then followed a pre-determined set of questions. They were general, nothing tricky. Asked about when I have had to resolve problems, what my strengths are, what I would do if I didn't know the answer to something.... I was told there would be a few more interviews, but someone would reach out soon. Within 2 days, I was offered a position. Due to start next week, pending a drug screen, background, and some signing of documents. Excited.
