Overall the interview process seemed to be going fine however my third interview was cancelled 15min prior to the start. I was advised that recruitment would call to reschedule. However, I never received a call from recruitment nor did I ever receive a call or email notifying me that I wouldn’t be moving forward. It’s one thing to ghost applicants for just applying but to not send any communication to a candidate in progress through the interview phase is extremely distasteful and poor handling of your recruitment process. It’s even worse when it’s an HR role and that says so much about a company when you don’t even have the decency to notify an interviewing candidate. I can only imagine how you treat your employees.
