FIS Senior Java/J2EE Developer interview questions

Absolutely pathetic and unprofessional. Made to wait for 4 hours, just to hear that my profile has less experience than expected and would fit for another skill set, the interview for which would take place in another 2 hours. I preferred to walk out, after such level of unprofessionalism. So technically, 5 hrs of time wasted with no interview at all. They need to understand the value of other's time.
