FIS Test Engineer Walk-in interview questions

HR has no clue on requirements or entire process. Just to attend one round had to wait entire day. Reason was panel was busy. I wonder when all the candidates are waiting outside the panel is busy with what. At the end of the day they apologized for the long wait and told us they will complete the process in 2 hours in coming days and took schedule from us. After clearing 1st round HR rescheduled the second round but even with follow up never got invite. Pathetic experience.Better not to join a company where your time and efforts are not valued.
