It was fairly expected. Starting with CV, then online questions that are pre-recorded. I was given 3 minutes to plan my response and 3 minutes to answer. In person interviews continued at the AC. One was with a panel of 3 people, the second with 5 minutes with a director - posed as a more conversational, informal process.

Question 1
Competency Questions, Why 'FTI', Why strategic communication and also 'What is a communications campaign'. This was all online questions to answer in the space of 3 mins, with 3 mins prior planning time.
For the AC
1) group round - did a case study and each of us were asked questions based on our group answer after
2) math and verbal reasoning test, written essay test
3) individual interviews - one with current analysts about cv, one with a partner (casing)
Pretty basic behavioral questions - no technicals. I'd recommend knowing your "why" and being able to clearly explain your interest in the specific practice. Also, prepare to ask the interviewer more in-depth questions, too.
