Interview
Online application, then two rounds of assessment. First round has a maths test, a reasoning test, and a writing test. If you succeed in this, you get a shot at a group exercise. If successful, 2nd round assessment. This consisists of several interviews and a case study.

Question 1
The tests consisted of short questions, but there were a lot of them. Speed essential. In the case study, we were the representative ot different agencies bidding to run a national lottery in a fictional East European country.
Hirevue to start followed by 3 rounds of interview. Takes a very long time to hear back and honestly very disorganized system. Interviews were relatively difficult and quite long. Wish the communication was better.
Standard 3-4 session format starting with hirevue. Well organized, highly communicative recruiters and surprisingly fast. Overall good experience but waited longer than expected for a verdict. Good feedback and would likely apply again in the future based on this experience.
Very friendly people. A few technicals, but not too much. 3 financial statements etc., good to understand that and also some behavioural questions about why the company and role etc.
