Interview
Two rounds of interviews, all behavioral. First round was conducted by two people, both managing directors, in the same interview, and the second round (superday) was by two senior directors, except done individually.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you experienced an unforeseen challenge, and how did you respond to it?
For the AC
1) group round - did a case study and each of us were asked questions based on our group answer after
2) math and verbal reasoning test, written essay test
3) individual interviews - one with current analysts about cv, one with a partner (casing)
Pretty basic behavioral questions - no technicals. I'd recommend knowing your "why" and being able to clearly explain your interest in the specific practice. Also, prepare to ask the interviewer more in-depth questions, too.
