phone screening, then in person interview. I had to first complete an online application, and then the phone screen was scheduled like a real interview. After that, the in-person interview was scheduled. I met with two individuals, both of whom would be in my department.

There was a 2 step interview process. The first was with peers and was focused more on strengths and abilities. The second seemed to be more casual and more of a culture interview with the Director
