The interview starts with a phone call from a rep essentially. Make sure you are researching about Fidelity as this is a huge thing with them. They want to know exactly to the T why you want to work there and why they want you.
They will interview you and then if you get to the next step you will be interviewed by a a manager. If this goes well you will go to the last round which is one more big interview with two hiring people.
