Intro call by head of the group followed by a Phone Screening by entry level engineer who is clueless about the solutions for his questions.
Respect Senior Folks and the experience they bring to the table.
Young , inexperienced and clueless interviewers part of your panels have to be trained for hiring.

Question 1
Q: Current project architecture & design
Q: Design the backend system to contact trace the persons who have come in contact with the positively flagged covid-19 person. The assumptions incubation period is 2 weeks, a person can trvel across globe.
Flipkart doesn't respect candidate's time. As per them time of their engineers are much more important then others time.
1. First there was a info call which I received without any meeting invite.
2. Second info call didn't happened at time given.
3. Date and time for telephonic interview got changed 5 times.
Recruiters called to confirm a time slot and then later comes back with new slot.
Similar thing happened with my other friend too where they called him to ofc at 9am but recruiter came ofc after 10:30 and in had wait for more than 5 Hrs for 3 Hrs of interview.
