I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Fraud Deflect (São Paulo, São Paulo) in Jan 2026
Interview
The process as a whole was very caring.
Every conversation I had built on the previous one, and when I had to make my decision, I already had enough information about the mission to choose Fraud Deflect as my primary option.
In my case, there were 7 interview rounds, as they were very attentive to where I would fit best, and each of the people I spoke with brought a different perspective on what we are aiming to achieve.
There were questions about my background, payments, and chargebacks, which are a core part of our business—but not limited to it. Since the interview stages, I’ve noticed it’s a great environment for development and for continuously sharing knowledge.
I felt the conversations were very easygoing, which is a major factor for career development. I felt heard!
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Fraud Deflect
Interview
The interview process was very thorough. This role would be working across all departments, and I interviewed with the head of each. One thing I that I thought was really impressive, was that each interview was conversational rather than a rigid question and answer session. I felt like each person wanted to get to know me, while also gaining an understanding of my applicable skills.
