      Human Resources Leadership Interview

      7 Jul 2009
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at GE in Nov 2008

      Interview

I did some networking with the HR manager, and I found that one of my mentor is just her colleague. So she asked me for an interview in Crontonville, NY. There are like 60 candidates, and the GE HR manager told us half of us would get the intern, approximately. For the first day, they did some introduction about the program we are applying for, and we all had a chance to talk with the HR managers in different systems, then we choose the systems we want to work with. That night there is an interview schedule in our room, showing us the systems we gonna interview with and the schedule. The next day isinterviews. Everyone got at least two interviews with different systems, and some got three.
