Very tough, ask a lot of questions on situations and future ambitions, VERY SELECTIVE, They make sure to put plenty of pressure on you to see how you act on the pressure. I remember 30 applicants through 1 on 1 interview, mine was by Eileen Brunswick who is now the Vice president, now about 10 applicants remain,you than submit a Hand written paper to the board and they will review, if you are called back you are at least in the top 5 or 3 of the applicants. You give a speech to the board oN your paper, Then you will begin an interview with your direct superiors (which will be me, Bill A. Fitzgerald), for me i was 1 on 1 with Bryce Currie, (general Manager), Finally You will be interviewed by the Board, I can not say much about this but the CFO and aviation president (david L joyce) will be present. After this you may of may not get the job. After your fist 6 months of the ob ou will interview 1 lst time but it will be with the board as of now: 12/7/19, that will consist of David Joyce, Eileen Brumback, Me Bill Fitzgerald, Bryce Currie, Athena Kravis, David Burns, and Alan Caslavka
