Applied on GE career website. Got a an email from a recruiter to schedule a phone call with her. Talked to recruiter, normal HR interview questions. (why did you apply for this job, what is your career goals...) Recruiter then setup an phone call with hiring manager. The hiring manager explains what is expected with this position and answered questions. Was invited to interview in person. Interviewed with 4 people, 2 of which were technical. Took 3 days for the to get back to me, accepted offer
