Initial interview was a telephone skill interview. Took part in an assessessment centre. First interview was with HR. Very much followed the line of competency based interview. If you studdied the job description beforehand you were ok. Second interview was more technical with a divisional head. third interview was with a senior manager who wanted to find out if you were a good fit for the organisation.
