One 45 mins 1-1 interview on core skills and motivations for applying to the role and working at GE in general. Interviewer accompanied by current placement student to answer questions on the role.
The interview went well - there were some complex questions, but the atmosphere was good. The technical questions were at the level of a normal undergraduate student and not too difficult. The reason for rejection was probably not answering fluently.
