Very conversational. Behavioral based interview. One on one. Good conversation with hiring manager. Why GE? Why FMP? Why you? Basic finance and accounting questions. They are looking for fit. Overall strong experience.

Interview
The first round is a group interview. Every team will be given a short case. After a group discussion, one as the representative of the team will give a presentation. The second round is one-to-one interview with HR. Questions are about the reasons you apply.... The last round is another group interview and the judges/observers will be the finance managers.
