Programming questions which is to be completed in 2,3 hours. Programming questions are designed to understand the candidate's proficiency in java.Multiple choice questions are to be answered before going to interview level. Didn't face any questions about frameworks in initial round.

I applied online. The day after, I was contacted by phone by HR to schedule an interview.
The interview was with talent acquisation for about 30 minutes. I was asked various Q about my experience nd my motivation to work in the company and then he asked me to tell him about a typical day at work? How do I structure my work? Do I work alone or in a team?
It was cool. Then he told me to answer in week. And I received rejection before the end of the week despite it was a good interview and thought that I will continue for the next step with Human Resources to get more technical because with Talent aqcuisation it's only about experience and motivation.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GE (Noida) in Sept 2015
Interview
The interview started with a Java based quiz plus 2 programming questions, then there was a technical interview which was taken by my manager and a colleague and finally HR interview after a long wait of 3 weeks.
