It was professional and smooth. They arranged a date and time, and one of the interviews was online. Some technical difficulties eas there and it started 10 minutes late than planned. They look super professional and yet stressed. But these perceptions can change from person to person. GE is a huge company. In my experience, they are having tense competition within the company to climb upper positions and better benefits. This was visible during the interview process as senior-level people were trying their best to become visible to more senior people.
