They open up a website and take a certain amount of apps, if you are lucky to get through you have to watch your email like a hawk! They send an email to take a test, there are only a certain amount of slots so if you snooze you lose. If you pass the test they bring you in for the interview, if you pass that you come back for a medical review. It was a long process.
