The begining wasn't that difficult and then everybody was nice with me we discussed about my background and my technical role and I think it a good opportunity for beginning and the after that we went to the director

they call you and start questions without asking for a date and time for an interview, the lady was unorganized , she call me at 8: 20 AM , you call back there is no answer for a week
