One to one with area manager, standard questions along with a quick walkthrough of the store with my input on visuals, sales staff and general ideas. Overall a challenging interview.
Interview process is simple and straightforward. Be yourself, engage with the interviewer, and ask questions. You will for sure be hired with a great attitude and strong background. I found the interview to be very informative and helpful.
Interview process was stalled over 20 minutes because management was late and unaware where the meeting was to be held. When they arrived they didn’t ask any questions. So they just showed up late to cause a disturbance?
