Choose an outfit for a given scenario with another person . We also had a few group questions, was also asked to come in clothing that represents your own style
Affable. Went through CV thoroughly. Discussed career opportunities as well as flexible work options. Diversity was evident. Wasn’t so sure about the actual path to career progression though and when I asked, did not get a straight answer

Interview
Very easy interview process. Had a group interview on the shop floor. Then went up to the office and had a 1:1 interview with assistant manager. Whole process lasted approximately an hour. Some scenario based questions in relation to providing customer service.
