Pretty basic questions however was asked to pick out an outfit from the shop floor with a budget of £100. Was then asked to shadow a sales assistant for approx 1hr
typical retail questions like your experience, customer service-related questions. Also you need to know about the brand and keep up to the date with their values. and 10 minutes on the floor where the manager watches you work.
