The interview process is 3 fold. you will have a conversation with a recruiter and their job is to get an understanding of your Sales history/Success and knowledge of Gartner to see if you're a good fit. you will then meet with a Area Manager - most likely the one you will be working for - they will dive deeper into your resume. So be prepared with success stories, failure stories - but how you bounced back. After the manager, you will meet with the VP of that region - he will as you the same question - but will test your resolve.
The Final Step is the Role Play, if you've never heard of Value Selling - you might want to YouTube it or Google it. The Role Play is where you separate yourself by being yourself and leveraging the natural curiosity you have. Keep it simple and don't over think it.
