The interview process was very smooth and easy. I spoke to Sarah throughout the entire process and she was very attentive to my need and questions that I had regarding the role. After an initial screening call, I interviewed at the Egham campus with the AD of Recruitment. The interview tested my skills and experience and my competency to complete the job. I also interviewed with a recruiting manager straight after. All together I was there for an hour and 50 mins. It was a very positive experience all in all, with everyone being very friendly and welcoming.
