This has been by far the most thorough interview process I have ever had. Although fairly difficult, I have received all the support I needed from Gartner in terms of how to best prepare for the hiring process. Another thing I really like is how important feedback is for the company as throughout the whole process I was given plenty of feedback that allowed me to improve and learn so much. Overall it's been a great experience, highly rewarding and very thorough.

I've been referred to Gartner by a friend. After the initial confirmation email it took only 1 day for the recruiter to reach out to me, which I've appreciated. The first interview I had was a very general introduction to start evaluating a mutual interest. At the end I've been told I have been chosen for the second step, but not received any confirmation email. A few days after I've been contacted by Roberta, the recruiter that later on became my point of reference for the process. After clarifying the misunderstanding, we scheduled the interview for the day after (no pressure from her, my choice). Since that moment and mainly thanks to her fantastic work, I went through the first interview, received very valuable feedback and scheduled the second step, that she coordinated in a very busy moment of the recruitment. She also purposed me to have a 15 min call before my second interview to evaluate my preparation and to give a feedback. Simply great! I eventually decided not to move further in the process because I have very good contractual conditions at the moment, but I have really appreciated the whole process I went through and I am thankful to the recruitment for the very pleasant experience I had.
