Applied online, got a phone screening which was very simple and behavioral. Another phone interview a couple weeks later. Then four 30 minute Skype interviews with different teams within a two day span. Gave a presentation topic beforehand which I created and presented to each team, followed by 15-20 minutes of "fit" questions.

Interview
Applied for position online, and a HR recruiter reached out to me, probably the nicest person I've talked to when searching for a job.
I had 1 phone interview, web based video interview, 2 in person interviews. All with different people.
Everyone was very nice and easy to talk to. All the standard questions about past work experience came up, as well as some situational questions. Very straight forward and easy.
The original recruiter was in constant contact with me, always calling to see how the interviews went and how I felt about the job as I was getting more information. Very professional and very refreshing.

Interview
There were a total of 3 rounds of interviews. 2 phone and 1 final in person interview that I was reimbursed for. I got a tour of the campus and a good feel for the company culture during this time.
