Gartner have some of the worst and most unprofessional interview processes ever.
Complete lack of feedback, I technically still did not hear back, even after chasing for a response. It’s been 5 months!!!
It’s a very long process, I think companies that make you do tasks as part of interviews are taking advantage, and wasting candidates time especially when not giving feedback or responding.
The interview processes is standard but also it’s rather tedious with someone constantly trying to “trip you up”.

Interview
The first round was a 30-minute recruiter call focused on my background and experience. The second was a one-hour behavioral interview covering the role and company. The final round was one-hour and 30-minutes. The questions were similar to the second round but included a role-play exercise. Throughout the process, a major focus was on coachability and how well I could apply feedback given during the interviews.

What motivates you
I got to the 2nd interview. The first is just a call to see if you match, the second call is an interview with HR based on the STAR method After that there is a 3rd interview with the head of the department + HR resources
I had the first screening so far, waiting to hear ack if they're moving forward with my application. The recruiter was friendly and professional. The questions started easy and as the interview progressed, became a bit more difficult. Questions about real experiences with metrics in previous roles, why Gartner and behaviors questions.
