I had 4 Rounds of Interview, one with the Senior Manager and Business Heads and a Client round. Finally HR Round. All the Rounds were in Telephone, i like the interview process.

HR Round and operations round and it was great to have operations round. It was easy to crack down the interview. Please you should be fluent in English.flexible to work in any shift.
It was basic. The people were rude when I said I would require Visa sponsorship but i mentioned that in my application as well. They told me to solve a time series problem and said estimate time left to stay in United States as a joke as on Visa.
