      Transaction Analyst Interview

      9 Mar 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Genpact in Jan 2019

      Interview

Their interview process is a joke. I went through three phone screens with four different people (one conference call) just to be invited to an in person. I was asked for my availability on two different days by their "HR". I told them that I was only available on one of the days that she presented me with. They scheduled my in person for the day that I told them I was not available. When I told them this, I never heard from them again. If your company can't do something as simple as schedule an interview then it isn't worth working for. Attention to detail and ability to listen matters, especially if you're in Human Resources.
