The process started with a basic screening round where the recruiter verified my resume, academic qualifications, and skills. This was primarily to check my fit for the role.
Second Round – Managerial Interview:
After clearing the screening, I had a one-on-one interview with a manager. In this round, I was asked about my educational background, internship experience, and some role-specific questions. The focus was on my technical knowledge, problem-solving approach, and communication skills.
Final Round – HR Discussion:
Once I cleared the managerial round, I was called for a discussion with the HR. This round mainly included salary discussion, availability, joining timeline, and company policies. After this, I was informed that I had been selected.
