After the first contact by the HR responsible, I had an online interview with she/he, followed by an online meeting with the functions responsible VP. The whole process was very well organized and communicated. They explained everything that the job description might lack. I had chance to ask questions.

My interview was scheduled at the far end of the placement day at one of India's top B-schools. It appeared that the panel had already made their selections and asked irrelevant questions such as what I knew about a particular tourist destination in a foreign country. While I was waiting for the results of the round along with three others they just packed up, shook our hands, and left.
