The interview process was a negative experience. It was excessively long and repetitive, with a total of five interviews for a position at this salary level. Additionally, the interviewers displayed an unfriendly and unwelcoming attitude.

Interview
I had 2 phone interviews, then several technical interviews with a few different IT engineers working in the company. I passed all of them and I am certain that the manager and other IT people who interviewed me were happy with my skillset and thought that i will fit in the position nicely. The last interview i had was with two young women from HR though and it was meant to check if "I fit into the company values". I have received some weird questions like "do i like to go out for a beer after work" or "do I often go to parties with my work mates". Generally speaking, questions about partying, alcohol, going out, etc. I have answered "not really, as I am a family guy and prefer to get back to my missus after work" to all of them. A couple of days later I have received a call from my recruiter who said that it's the first time he saw such a situation, but while everyone gave big thumbs to hire me, HR categorically said NO.

Got a problem-solving task to plan a hypothetical office move - how would I deal with such a project? How would I arrange logistics, how would I design the infrastructure in the new building, etc.
