Extremely difficult , found it so hard in the interview, they had given me the wrong zoom link and I was by myself for half an hour, and of course there’s no number to call
7+ rounds - with 2 different people in each round, motivational / competency questions + some market related and technical questions. varies by role but you need to really understand "Why GS"

A few rounds of short list and then interviews based on resume skills and past experience with problem solving ability to test candidates which seem good and the process tests candidates to the fullest
