First round was a HireVue Interview, the second round was a 1.5 hour Zoom interview with several key members and supervisors. The HR team reaches out to you via email and updates your company profile on their application site.
first you submitted your resume and cover letter for screen and then there was a first round hirevue and then a second round superday which had 3 rounds all 25 mins and behavioral questions.

The interview process with HCM analyst position was good. The schedule interview was 3 consecutive interviews with 3 different managers, including 2 VP's and 1 SVP. The interview was quite good and relatively easy I would say because they were focusing on many interpersonal skills.

It was a long process with a lot of different people, sometimes it was difficult to tell if I was still interviewing for the same position I had originally applied for.
