Very good. Had 3 interviews for the superday. Questions were more on the behavioral side and they asked a lot of questions based on my resume so it’s very important to be able to talk about it with ease.

It was a very positive experience. I did a Hirevue and 5 weeks later got the invitation for the Superday. It was 3 interviews back to back with VPs and MDs. Everyone was so nice and easy to talk to. The interview was only behavioral, not markets based/ technical at all.

If you were in the interviewers position and you were interviewing your own candidacy, what would you notice?
It was a hirevue interview and it asked 6 questions. You got one attempt for each question (about 2 minutes per question) and 30 seconds to prepare for each question.
