I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Google (Dublin, Dublin) in Feb 2011
Interview
First of all I got a Phone interview (approx. 30 min), which was really general. I had to talk about myself, my previous experiences and so on. This interview was not so hard, no tricky questions.
After that I went to Dublin in order to be interviewed by the team I was potentially join. I've got 4 interview in a row, all of the interviewers asking almost the same questions. Until the last interview I guess I did OK, but the last one was quite hard : I was sitting in front of the manager of the business unit. The guy made me wait 20 minutes (we where in the same room) coz he had stuff to do on his computer. In addition he was really cold, not friendly at all... And then I started asking me really tricky questions...
Overall, I was a great experience

Question 1
Describe on the the business model of one of our customer
They have a very well-structured hiring process and scheduling interviews was incredibly easy and convenient. The recruiter was super friendly throughout our entire interaction, and they thoughtfully provided post-interview feedback to me, which I greatly appreciated receiving.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Google
Interview
Got referred by a friend, had a call with a nice person from HR, after that I had an interview with a manager, relaxed conversation about how I'd adress certain topics and also did a practical case study,.
Difficile mais faisable, faut s’entraîner un maximum. Y’a des vidéos sur YouTube qui expliquent super bien tout le process. Y’a 3 étapes après le call avec le rh et c’est hyper bien fait mais faut être bien préparé
