I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Google (Mountain View, CA) in Oct 2017
Interview
I had one skype interview and then a day of in-person interviews in MV, CA. Each in-person interview was 30 min and focused on an applicable topic like leadership, technical, logic (puzzles). Overall the communication was great until the end - the recruiter scheduled a call without any information and I had my hopes up that it was an offer. Instead it was a rejection. Besides that, the process was great and I would apply again.

Question 1
Which traits differentiate a manager vs a leader, and how do you rank yourself as a leader on each?
They have a very well-structured hiring process and scheduling interviews was incredibly easy and convenient. The recruiter was super friendly throughout our entire interaction, and they thoughtfully provided post-interview feedback to me, which I greatly appreciated receiving.

Interview
Got referred by a friend, had a call with a nice person from HR, after that I had an interview with a manager, relaxed conversation about how I'd adress certain topics and also did a practical case study,.
Difficile mais faisable, faut s’entraîner un maximum. Y’a des vidéos sur YouTube qui expliquent super bien tout le process. Y’a 3 étapes après le call avec le rh et c’est hyper bien fait mais faut être bien préparé
