The overall interview process was the most challenging I have ever been through, and lasted about two months. That being said, it’s the best process I’ve ever experienced (including Snapchat, TikTok, Facebook, Microsoft). The first stage is a phone call with the recruiter, followed by an interview with two people in the department, followed by team matching, and finally the hiring committee. The recruiter was extremely communicative, and everyone who I spoke to was very nice and helpful. Preparation is key!

Question 1
Combination of behavioral questions (tell me about a time when...) and situational questions (what would you do in... situation). Study the role you are applying to and the categories that Google tests (role-related knowledge, Googlyness,...)
They have a very well-structured hiring process and scheduling interviews was incredibly easy and convenient. The recruiter was super friendly throughout our entire interaction, and they thoughtfully provided post-interview feedback to me, which I greatly appreciated receiving.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Google
Interview
Got referred by a friend, had a call with a nice person from HR, after that I had an interview with a manager, relaxed conversation about how I'd adress certain topics and also did a practical case study,.
Difficile mais faisable, faut s’entraîner un maximum. Y’a des vidéos sur YouTube qui expliquent super bien tout le process. Y’a 3 étapes après le call avec le rh et c’est hyper bien fait mais faut être bien préparé
