I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Google in Jan 2015
Interview
I only had the first phone screen with HR person. It was about 20-30 minutes long. The questions were very standard - tell more about education and latest position. Describe your accounts portfolio. Did you work towards certain targets / quota. None of the creative questions I was preparing for and none on google products. But I think these come in the next steps of the interview. They didn't move forward with me, but it was expectable, because my experience wasn't very relevant to the role and I guess they were looking for someone with a better experience match. Still it was worth a try.
They have a very well-structured hiring process and scheduling interviews was incredibly easy and convenient. The recruiter was super friendly throughout our entire interaction, and they thoughtfully provided post-interview feedback to me, which I greatly appreciated receiving.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Google
Interview
Got referred by a friend, had a call with a nice person from HR, after that I had an interview with a manager, relaxed conversation about how I'd adress certain topics and also did a practical case study,.
Difficile mais faisable, faut s’entraîner un maximum. Y’a des vidéos sur YouTube qui expliquent super bien tout le process. Y’a 3 étapes après le call avec le rh et c’est hyper bien fait mais faut être bien préparé
